What is your own poem that you want to share?

DEATH
I knew death
But I did not experience it enough
Probably I had grown a little fearless.
The shutting of breath and the coldness of its feel.
The fading away into oblivion and the eternal darkness.
The performance in a cosmic cycle
If the soul can speak, convey all its unfinished business
I would not be half as sad.
Yet this energy housed in this form
Must liberate itself
Take its rightful place in the
Cosmic engine; alongside
So many earlier.
Each bearing a name
Great or small
Of those who lived once.
Yet now all is one and the same.
The sand has digested its elements
The water has diluted its fluids
The air has absorbed its breath
Everything that was once is gone now.
Far in the wilderness
In the misty vapors of the subterranean summits,
In the boiling cauldrons of the earth’s bowels
In the aquatic mix of the azure seas
Something is taking shape
A form or a visage
Sucking its energy from
The cosmic conundrum
To be born again
And to live again.
